Hu Dewen, born in September 1969, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated in 2015 from China University of Petroleum (East China) with a major in Mechanical Design and Automation. He is an associate professor and a senior technician in the field of fitter skills.Currently, he serves as the Deputy Director of the Technician Department at the college.

1. In August 2004, he represented the college in the Shandong Provincial Vocational School Skills Competition and won“thefirst prize” in the Teacher’s Division for ToolFitter;
2. In January 2005, he won the title of “TechnicalExpert of Shandong Province”.
3. On June 21, 2014, he guided students to participate in the 2014 National Vocational Colleges “Industrial Machinery Equipment Assembly and Control Technology” Skills Competition, where they won first place. He was also recognized as an “Outstanding Instructor” in the National Vocational Colleges Skills Competition.
4. In September 2014, he won the title of “Outstanding Instructor” of the college.
5. In May 2015, he won the title of the sixth batch of “Chief Technician of Jinan City”.
